  • I want to return my Pecron now, what should I do?

    First of all, we'd like to sincerely apologise for your unsatisfactory experience on your special occasion.
    For returns, please email us at support@pecron.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. We will assess whether the product meets the return requirements. We will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods.
    You are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

  • Is Pecron compatible with third party panel?

    Yes, but charging with 3rd party panels can be dangerous if done in the inappropriate way. Please carefully check the voltage parameters of the solar panels and the voltage range of the power station. Please seek professional expertise when combining 3rd party panels with your Pecron.

  • Do you offer any discounts?

    Yes! We offer discount to buyers for their first order who subscribe to the website.

  • How long my Pecron can last after fully charged?

    The using time is based on your device power, here is the basic formula:
    Depth of Discharge(DoD) = 85%
    Working Time = xxx Wh * 0.85 / operating power of your device.
    For reference, assuming power consumption of your device is 300W, working time for your Pecron E1000 will be 1028Wh*0.85/300W=2.9 hrs.

  • Do you offer bulk order discount?

    Yes! Please contact us atsupport@pecron.com(or through the contact form with subject "wholesale") if you're looking to purchase packages of more. We will do our best to accommodate you with great pricing and shipping options.

  • What is your return policy?

    Your 100% satisfaction is important for us.
    We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange PolicyIf a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging will all pieces intact in resalable condition.When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

    Cancellation
    We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.If we application to intercept a package is successful, you may be charged an interception fee of US$20.

    Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. The cost will be reimbursed only if your purchase arrived damaged/faulty.

  • Where is my order shipped from?

    US Orders are shipped from the US, California.

    (International orders may vary from country to country.)

    For example, Orders from Canada, the EU, and Japan will be shipped from their local warehouses.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Sorry, we don't usually handle international orders because we have local warehouses in the US, Canada, the EU, and Japan for delivery.

    Each country is responsible for its corresponding after-sales service, ensuring that customers receive the most accurate and fastest after-sales support.

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    Our goal is to offer you the best and fastest shipping service, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

    • We ship with FedEx, UPS, USPS, GLS, DHL and Canada Post at our discretion.
    • Local pickup services are not currently available.

    • Shipping time: About 2-10 Business Days for Standard Shipping; About 1-5 Business days for Express Shipping
